Using BackWho

Anyone can browse BackWho. To vote, back a listing, create a listing or comment you need to sign in with Google and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Listings

• Listings go live immediately and must be accurate and non-misleading.
• Do not impersonate a brand or person you do not represent.
• We may edit, freeze, merge or remove any listing that breaks these terms.
• Brands may claim their listing after an email or website check.

Backing and points

• Backing buys BackWho Points that raise a listing's score. Nothing else.
• Points have no cash value. There are no prizes, payouts, returns, odds or wagering of any kind.
• Payments are final. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching points are removed.
• Repeated chargebacks can lead to an account being suspended.

Fair play

• No bots, scripts, bought votes or coordinated vote manipulation.
• No harassment, hate, spam or illegal content in comments.
• We can reverse votes, freeze listings and suspend accounts for confirmed abuse.

The service itself

BackWho is provided as is. Rankings are entertainment and community opinion, not advice or a quality guarantee. We may change or discontinue features, and we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
